NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the forty-sixth Annual General Meeting of the members of 11 PIc will be held at Abuja Continental Hotels (Formerly Sheraton Hotels). Ladi Kwali Way, Maitama, Abuja, on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, at 11.00am to transact the following business:

ORDINARY BUSINESS:

1. To lay before the members, the Audited Financial Statements, for the year ended December 31 2023, the report of the Directors, the Auditors, and the Statutory Audit Committee.
2. To declare a dividend.
3. To ratify the appointment of Mr. Nurudeen Abubakar as a Director
4. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the External Auditors for the 2024 financial year.
5. To disclose the remuneration of managers of the Company.
6. To elect/re-elect the members of the Statutory Audit Committee
